DURING THE ORDER
- The order is validated once the payment has been accepted by TSA Distribution .
- TSA Distribution reserves the right to refuse an order if the Customer already has a dispute with TSA Distribution or if TSA Distribution considers that the Customer involves a risk of non-payment.

TSA Distribution then reserves the right to ask its Customer for additional information if it deems it necessary, such as an identity document
or proof of address. - Without a response from the Customer within 7 days of the order, the order and the payment are cancelled.
- TSA Distribution undertakes to honor orders received, only within the limits of available stocks.
DELIVERIES IN FRANCE
All orders are delivered to our carrier within 24 hours, except for orders placed on Saturday and Sunday which will be
dispatched on Mondays, as well as orders placed on public holidays and which will be dispatched the following working day.
Orders in France will be shipped by Colissimo or GLS . Delivery is expected the next business day after dispatch or within 48 hours
Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the Carriers and under no circumstances may TSA Distribution be held liable in the event of non-compliance with delivery times.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
- All orders are delivered to our carrier within 24 hours, except for orders placed on Saturday and Sunday which will be
dispatched on Mondays, as well as orders placed on public holidays and which will be dispatched the following working day. - International delivery is done by Mondial Relay or DHL.
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
- The costs and delays vary according to the destinations:

— European Union and United Kingdom (Spain, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Finland, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Ireland, Sweden, Italy, Switzerland)

- Outside the European Union, customs or import taxes may be added to the price of our products and remain the responsibility of the Customer. It is therefore the Customer's responsibility to inquire about their amount with their local customs office.
Returns and Exchanges
Do you want to return a product to us? No worries ! For any return, please send us a short email to contact@tsa-distribution.com to let us know.
Please specify: the number of your order, the product(s) returned, the reason(s) for the return as well as a request for an exchange, a purchase voucher or refund . Thus you will be assured of the proper processing of your request and of greater speed in its management.
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item.
Any Customer may request the exchange of his article within 14 days from the date of the order. Returns of orders shipped in France and outside France are the responsibility of the Customer.
The product for which the Customer requests an exchange must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging.

It is not necessary to attach any document to the package.
We advise you to choose a mode of transport with tracking number. Without tracking number, we will not accept any claim.
In addition, so that your return is processed as soon as possible, we advise you to also report it by email to contact@tsa-distribution.com or 09.52.60.07.67
If the article is refused by TSA Distribution , it is returned to the Customer and at these costs without the Customer being able to demand any compensation whatsoever. If the return has not been announced by the customer, a voucher is automatically created and sent to the customer.
When the order was accompanied by a gift offered under conditions – for example, a gift offered only if a minimum order amount was reached, such as a camera…, if you return products and the remaining amount of your order no longer meets the conditions of the offer, in this case the gift must also be returned to us in order to be reimbursed.
Upon exchange or refund of your item, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
In the case of an exchange, it will be processed as quickly as possible depending on the availability of the products within a maximum period of 15 days following receipt of your items.
In the case of unavailability of items, we will contact you to inform you.
In the case of a refund request, it will be made within 15 days of receipt of your items and automatically to the account associated with the credit card used during payment or to the PayPal account used for payment.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, we will contact you to define the method of reimbursement.
