Where can I get my order delivered?
TSA Distribution delivers throughout the European Union and, exceptionally, to Africa. Please contact Customer Service for deliveries to Africa. For deliveries within France, we use Colissimo, Chronopost, or DHL. For international shipments, we ship our packages via FedEx and DHL.
I placed my order this weekend, when will it be shipped?
Our website is open 7 days a week. Any order placed on a Saturday or Sunday will therefore be processed on Monday. In the case of a public holiday, the order will also be processed the following day.
I want to modify the contents of my order?
Contact us as soon as possible, within 24 hours, to add or modify your order. After 24 hours, we will be unable to add or remove any items from your order. If you wish to return one or more products after delivery, please visit the Deliveries & Returns section to learn about our return policy.
